Bohemian Rebel

Make-up Studio Autumn Trend Collection 2013

Inspiration Autumn 2013
This season’s fashion is feminine, chic and rich. Just like the spring
2013 collections the fall collections show a lot of colour: orange, pink,
various shades of green and blue, such as electric blue, and honey and
caramel shades. In addition, gold and silver play important roles.
Baroque and rococo styles are back again.

Based on the catwalk designs which show the use of contrasting materials (rough and smooth, matt and shiny) and specific fall colours, the Make-up Studio team created a powerful bohemian look. The creations by hair stylist Hedwich Vigelandzoon and stylist Tricja van den Oetelaar completed the look created by make-up artist Pascale Tesser. This look shows a revival of the 80s but with a feminine touch.

Want to release the rebel in you? Want to shout without words? Let your make-up do the talking! Show your identity, creativity and uniqueness with powerful dark red lips. Catch the romance and freedom of the bohemian lifestyle with copper coloured eye make-up and you are ready to conquer the world like a true warrior woman; strong with a feminine touch.

Bohemian Rebel

Express yourself this fall with the special selection of products from this powerful look.
The lips are key in this look. Therefore, the eye make-up is modest. The base is formed by the new Eyeshadow Lumière Duo (Bronzing Champagne). The colours of the eyeshadow match the honey and caramel colours perfectly. The copper colour is applied onto the eye lid while the champaign colour is used to highlight the corner of the eyes for a fresh glance.

The dark coloured lips bring us back to the 80s, but have been given a new look. The outer corners of the lips are coloured with the Lipliner Pencil black and then faded. In order to achieve a special effect the line is not drawn until the centre of the lips. This results in a special colour effect after applying the red lipstick on top of the pencil. Naturally, the deep red Lipstick nr. 19 can also be applied solo for catching lips.

With a blusher in a warm tone a shadow is created on the cheekbones. This creates depth which makes the look extra powerful. The effect of the Highlighter Mousse no. 2 is clearly visible on the nose bridge and forehead where it catches the light of the camera.

TIP for a finishing touch: the fresh purple coloured nail colour M61.
