Achieve perfect eyebrows with the following steps.
- Place the eyebrow pencil at your brow base and sketch a soft line under the hairs to the end of your brow.
- Then draw hairs in the direction of your natural hair growth.
- For an even tighter look, you can also draw a soft line at the top of the eyebrow. Draw hairs between the lower and upper line for a fuller effect.
