- You can blend/blur the highlighter with your fingers or with a small foundation or concealer brush.
- You can also achieve a full shimmery look! Mix your foundation with a few drops of our Shimmer Effect Liquid Highlighter.
- You can also use this product on your body. A few drops in the décolleté or on the shoulders will work wonders!
