• How to order?

  You can order quickly and easily through make-upstudio.com. To add items to your Shopping Basket, select the desired colour and simply click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to buy. To remove an item, go to your Shopping Basket and click on the X to remove an item. To clear the shopping bag, click on the 'Clear Shopping Cart' button. To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Basket and change the number in the box under the "Qty" column.

Delivery:

• When will i receive my order?

  Make-up Studio Amsterdam will make sure your order is sent to the specified address as soon as possible. Also see shipping for more info.

• Can I have the order delivered to a different address than the invoice address?

  Yes, this is possible, you can do this during the orderprocess in checkout.

• Can I have an order delivered to a post office box address?

  No, Make-up Studio Amsterdam does not ship to post office boxes.

• Are shipping costs charged?

  For orders above $100, there are no shipping costs. For orders under $100 the shippingcosts are depending on the country you want your order shipped to. Please check the shipping costs in your Shopping Basket.

Payment:

• What are the payment options?

  We offer payment by Creditcard and Pay Pal. Also see Payments for more info.

• Can you also exchange a gift card from the shop in the web shop?

  This is currently not possible.Please visit one of the Make-up Studio Amsterdam brand stores to exchange your gift card.

• How can I pay with the digital gift card (e-giftcard)?

  If you have received a digital gift certificate (e-giftcard), a unique code will be included in the e-mail. You will need this code. First of all, you have to add one or more products to the shopping basket. Once you have added all the products you want, go to the shopping basket (click on the shopping basket icon in the top right corner of the website). Enter your unique code in the field "Gift certificate or promo code". Click on the "Apply" button and your code will be used. Continue the order by clicking on Checkout and complete your order.

• Can i use a giftcard from Fashion cheque at Make-up Studio Amsterdam?

  No, this is currently not possible. Please visit one of our stores to buy a Make-up Studio giftcard

Returns:

• Can I return an order any time?

  Please check our Terms & Conditions. You have 14 days to return our products undamaged and sealed. Also see Returns for more info.

• Can I exchange / return my order in the shop?

  Online orders cannot be returned in our Brand stores.

  Yes, in the Make-up Studio Amsterdam Brand Store our professional makeup artists give workshops.
