Returns

You can return your products within 14 days after receiving your product. The product must be unused, unopened (unbroken seal) and undamaged (product and packaging). We will send you a refund within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns are for your account.

If a mistake was made by Make-up Studio Amsterdam (for instance in case of damaged goods), then we will pay the shipping costs of the returned product.

Returns Brand Store

Unfortunately products that are bought in one of our brand stores can only be returned in a Make-up Studio Amsterdam Brand store.
Products that are bought in the online store cannot be returned in a Make-up Studio Amsterdam Brand Store.
