You can return your purchase according to the terms set out in the general terms and conditions . You can cancel the agreement and return products without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the purchased products in the undamaged, undescribed, original factory packaging and in unused condition (for hygiene reasons). The cost of the products you have purchased will be refunded within 14 days of returning the items. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If your decision is due to an error made on the part of Make-up Studio Amsterdam, for example if the product does not match your order or if the package is damaged, the shipping costs will also be refunded to you.
